1. Data controller

The IceBreakers app is published by TAAG. Contact: contact@taag.fr.

2. Data we collect

• Account: your email address (and, depending on how you sign in, your Apple or Google identifier). Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed).
• Game content: the cards you own in the app.
• Purchases: in-app purchases are handled by Apple. We receive a purchase confirmation through RevenueCat, without your payment details. Since version 1.1 the app no longer offers any purchase: this data only concerns purchases made before then.
• Advertising: the app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form (Google UMP CMP, IAB TCF v2.2 framework) appears on first launch: personalised ads are only served if you accept them, otherwise they are non-personalised. You can change that choice at any time from the Profile screen → "Privacy options". On iOS, the app also asks for App Tracking Transparency authorisation: if you grant it, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to personalise ads and measure their performance; if you decline, it is not used. You can change that choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Install measurement also uses SKAdNetwork, Apple's attribution framework, which transmits no personal identifier.

3. Purposes

• Create and manage your account, and let you play.
• Keep your cards and your purchases.
• Show ads to fund the app.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the technical providers required to run the service: Apple / Google (sign-in, purchases), RevenueCat (purchase handling), Google AdMob (advertising).

5. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile screen → "Delete my account"): your account data and your cards are then permanently erased.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@taag.fr. Deleting your account in the app erases your data immediately.
